Richard Predham
Richard founded Impact Financial Planning in 2020 to serve Canadian physicians without having to compromise his values or sell expensive, high-fee financial products.
Carlo Valle
Carlo moved to Montreal from the US after falling in love with an internist. He joined Richard at Impact Financial Planning in 2026 because he shared the same values and vision in serving physicians.
